G-Lock Email Processor - Email Processor is a powerful tool designed to automatically process/parse incoming Internet email such as bounced/undeliverable messages, subscribe/unsubscribe requests, etc. The program is easy to use and provides a wide range of features to process email you receive, automatically extract data and perform other actions based on the message content. Email Processor can work with multiple POP3 internet mailboxes, filter incoming messages by different conditions, extract any data from the message body and message header and save it to a file of user definable format. Using Email Processor you are also able to send a text or HTML message to your recipients as well as forward the message you received to another email address. The program can be easily set up to automatically perform various operations with a selected database: insert data into a database, delete data from a database, update a database or extract fields from a database. In addition, Email Processor allows you to execute MS Windows Script (VBScript and JScript) when processing incoming messages.

Email Processor provides you the ability to develop a set of rules that determine how you want to process your incoming email. Thus, the program can be easily set up to process purchase orders, messages where the text layout is known (web forms), emails containing various kinds of viruses and spam, or any kind of specific format messages you receive.

To keep only valid email addresses in your contact list, you need to exclude bounced emails and unsubscribe requests. Email Processor will automatically check your email account(s) after each sending campaign, process incoming messages according to the rules you set up and save the results to a file. Later you can use this file when sending your next mailing campaign. You only need to load this file into the exclusion list of your bulk email software thus insuring that nobody on the exclusion list will receive your message.

Version 1.98 Added: "Return number of rows affected to" option in the Database Manager action. This option counts the number of lines selected from the database. Added: ability to save the message attachment under a new name in the Save Attachment action. Added: ability to save the email message to the disk in the .eml format in the Write to File action. Fixed: case insensitivity didn't work in the Field Extractor. Fixed: additional header fields in the Forward Email action appeared as reference [%name%] and were not replaced by real values when the message was received.

This end-user license agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and G-Lock Software for G-Lock Email Processor, including computer software, electronic documentation and printed materials ("SOFTWARE"). By downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, please destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE, including any updates or return them to G-Lock Software.

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR "G-Lock Email Processor"

G-Lock SOFTWARE protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The SOFTWARE is licensed to use under this agreement.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. G-Lock Software grants you as an individual, a personal, nonexclusive license to use or make copies of the SOFTWARE as described in this TERMS. In addition G-Lock Software may have other pending patent applications, trademarks, copyrights, or other rights covering the SOFTWARE. Under this Agreement you are not granted any license to these patents, trademarks, copyrights. All rights are reserved by G-Lock Software Co. G-Lock Software Co reserves the right to terminate this license at any time.

2. COPYRIGHT. All titles and copyrights for this SOFTWARE (including, but not limited to, any images, photographs, animation, video, audio, music, text, applets, incorporated into the SOFTWARE), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE, are owned by G-Lock Software and its suppliers. G-Lock SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE like any other copyrighted material except that you may either (a) make one copy of the SOFTWARE solely for backup or archival purposes, or (b) install the SOFTWARE on a single computer provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes. You may not copy any printed materials provided by G-Lock Software.

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

NO WARRANTIES. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided "as it is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, G-Lock Software and its suppliers disclaim all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and any warranty against infringement, with regard to the SOFTWARE. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have different state to state jurisdiction.

4. CUSTOMER REMEDIES. G-Lock Software's entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall not exceed the price paid for the SOFTWARE.

5. G-Lock Software holds NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. In any event G-Lock Software or its suppliers shall not be responsible for any damages such as damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.

6. DO NOT SEND UNSOLICITED EMAIL. Be aware that you are solely responsible for the messages you send. In many cases, sending unsolicited email is in violation of the law, and you will be solely accountable and liable for any damages and violations.

We reserve the right to refuse technical support and/or other services if you:

1. Send unsolicited email; or

2. Distribute illegal information or materials; or

3. Forge header information.

4. Provide false of misleading information in the subject.

5. Fail to provide unsubscribe information from your e-mail lists.
